Your First Time at Flying Trapeze
What happens when you show up at Sugar Ridge Family Farm For Trapeze?
1 Ground School
Before anyone goes up, your instructor walks through commands, harness fitting, and the basics of taking off and swinging. Everything is demonstrated on the ground first. No one goes up until they feel completely ready.
2 Your First Swing
You’ll climb to the platform with full instructor support, grip the bar, and jump. Safety lines are attached at all times. Most first-timers land their first trick within their very first session.
3 Multiple Turns On The Bar
Sessions are small by design so everyone gets real time in the air. Between swings your instructor coaches you from below with specific, simple cues. Most people improve dramatically within a single session.
4 You’ll Want To Come Back!
It’s not marketing — it’s just what happens. Flying trapeze gets under your skin in the best possible way. Most first-timers are checking the schedule again before they’ve left the farm.
