Due to the nature of out service we can not issue returns for classes and class passes.
All items that are offered as part of a promotion with a class or class pass are also not refundable.
We do offer refunds in exceptional cases, and these are determined on a case by case basis.
Examples include:
- We have cancelled classes due to illness or staffing shortage. We are circus performers and sometimes these things happen. Refunds under these circumstances may or may not be provided.
- You, the customer are moving an unreasonable distance away from the studio. Refunds in these circumstances may or may not be given.
